Villa was just what we had hoped for. A real heaven on earth! We really enjoyed the stunning sea views from the terrace. During the day enjoyed swimming in turquoise waters at the nearly private sandy beach while in the evenings we gathered with our friends around the pool area and enjoyed the local food specialties and wines. The Villa itself is spacious with a great layout and extra amenities (lounge/bedroom sea views, washing machine, en suite bathrooms, etc.) Overall this magnificent villa was well worth the rental price and our group absolutely fell in love with this place as we didnt even want to leave! We will love to visit this golden luxury place again in the future.

Villa Seashell is perfect; its spotless, modern, and roomy, with everything youll need for a pleasant vacation. The sunset and sea views are breathtaking. The pool is the ideal size for relaxing and taking the sun and scenery. We couldnt have asked for a higher level of service. From the booking through the end of our vacation, everything went flawlessly. I would highly recommend this property, and I would most certainly return again.

We were stunned by just how handsome Villa Seashell actually is, it looked amazing in the photos but it’s even better when you see it on the spot. This villa definitely deserves a 5 stars rating. We actually couldn’t wait until the sun started to set as the outside lighting made the villa and pool feel so atmospheric. The villa was perfect for our stay it is very well equipped was spotlessly clean and has all the home comforts (dishwasher, washing machine, good water pressure, no shortage of hot water) which you sometimes miss in self-catering accommodation. Outside a spacious and comfortable terrace with a nice pool area with sunbeds and breathtaking sea views. We will definitely miss the amazing sea views and gorgeous sunsets from the terrace where we mostly enjoyed our evening family gatherings. Overall it couldn’t be a better place we had chosen for our vacation. A perfect heaven for a quiet and relaxing family holiday.

If you are looking for sun, blue skies, and time for yourself Villa Seashell is where you need to be. The villa has everything a family needs, being away from home. Properly cleaned villa with all the amenities in place. Sea view during the day offers an exceptional experience between man and nature. Beach walks in the evenings and cool sea breeze really brings you back to yourself. The infinity pool and the garden were fabulous. We enjoyed memorable sunsets while swimming in the pool with a glass of wine. Kids loved the pool, swam there all day long and when they get bored we went outside to explore the area and entertain ourselves at the local beach (rented a boat and explored the coast). We also visited Skala and Argostoli a couple of times. Nice places with lots of restaurants and tasty local specialties. Overall a Perfect Holiday. The Villa Seashell and Skala made our holiday memorable! We can warmly recommend Villa Seashell to you all.

We had a very confortable stay in Villa seashell. Just in front of the sea with a very beautiful view from the Villa. Reserved area with nice beaches just a few kilometers away . All the facilities you can need were available and Clealiness was ok also. Really recommended.

Very good villa, taxis required to get in to town at 6 euros (not a big deal) area is nice but not much to do but that is not abad thing depending on what you want from your holiday. Transfer is an hour, along very windy roads. But all in all a great place to get away and relax.

Seashell is a lovely new villa right by the seaside in Skala. There were 7 of us at the villa which worked OK as one of the rooms is a triple. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the views from the upstairs bedrooms were great. There are no views really from the downstairs bedroom. From the pool you can see the sea and over to the island of Zakynthos. The cleaner was very friendly. Its very easy to find everything you want in Skala. Just go out of the villa and turn left or right! We had a 7-seater and went all over the island which is very very beautiful. We all went on a boat trip with Captain Vangelis one day which was probably the highlight of the holiday.

this was a great little villa. neighbours were also very pleasant so i would think that helped with the stay. beautiful decor inside and although had neighbours felt privacy when needed. well equipped and all round great villa.
