Our online booking system at Rentals Direct website is the best way for travelers to book their stay. With over 500 luxurious villas, apartments, and cabins we guarantee that there is a perfect match for your holiday needs.

The whole process of online booking is made very simple and easy for every user who want to book a calm and relaxing holiday in one of the modern villas listed on our website.

How do I search for a vacation rental on Rentals Direct?

  1. Go to the homepage and enter your destination of where you want to go.
  2. Select your arrival and departure dates.
  3. Select the number of guests.
  4. Click Search​.

Using Additional Search Filters

  1. You can use the additional filter for Number of Bedrooms​ & Number of Bathrooms.
  2. Also, you can use the Price filter for searching accommodations within your budget.
  3. Click Update

Note: Filters are a great way to narrow down your search results based on your preferences for your stay.

Using the Map

  1. Just move your mouse over a property and on hover will appear a map on the right.
  2. Zoom in and out to view the areas where you want to stay.
  3. Click on the View ​button to open the property and view all information.

Booking your trip

Everything you need to do for booking your trip today:

  • Select your preferred villa or apartment.
  • Check the available dates.
  • Send a Request to book.


How Can You Securely Pay Online For Your Vacation Rental?

Paying online with credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard), on our site is the most secure way to book a vacation rental.

Payments can be made in Euros or GBP and will use the exchange rate at the time of making a payment.

When you are ready to make payment, you will need to review and sign a rental agreement. You should read the agreement carefully as each rental typically has their own cancellation policies and house rules.

We have the right to change any of the accommodation prices and services within their website at any time before entering into a contract with you. If there is any change, they will notify you before entering into any such agreement.

Avoid The Following Practices

  • Sending cash is not recommended, but paying in cash in person to owner or manager upon arrival can be okay.
  • Sending a check made out to cash is not recommended.
  • Using an instant money transfer such as Western Union or Money Gram. However, bank transfer is available as a payment method.

These not recommended payment methods are often used in criminal activities and using them voids any guarantees from us.

Your trips

If you booked your trip through our Booking feature, you can view the details of your reservation.

If you have additional questions or need to modify your confirmed reservation you can contact the the owner or manager of the property, who can best assist you.

If you are unsure about the completion of your accommodation, you can also contact the owner or manager of the property directly for assistance by replying to emails you received or by contacting our Customer Support.

Trip issues

How can you cancel a reservation and receive a refund?

Once you have confirmed and paid for your accommodation (a deposit or full payment) you enter into a contract with Rentals Direct.

To cancel this contract you must email our reservations department. Our contact details are stated on your booking confirmation email and on our website. The cancellation takes effect on the date we receive and process your email, not on the day you send the email.

If you cancel after we confirm your booking, you must compensate us for losses, as we incur costs from the moment you make the booking. The closer your cancellation is to the arrival date, the less likely we are to recover these costs by re-selling the accommodation.

The amount we can refund becomes less as your arrival date approaches, as shown below. If you have to cancel for a reason covered by your insurance policy, you should be able to recover your payments made. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned. We will provide a cancellation letter stating the payments paid.

If you cancel your accommodation you will lose your deposit (the minimum deposit is 20% of the accommodation cost).

Balance Refund Conditions

If you have paid the accommodation balance the following refund of your balance payment will be given:

  • More than 8 weeks (56 days) prior to arrival a refund of 80%.
  • 55 days - 48 days prior to arrival a refund of 60%.
  • 47 days - 40 days prior to arrival a refund of 40%.
  • 39 days - 32 days prior to arrival a refund of 30%.
  • 31 days - 26 days prior to arrival a refund of 20%.
  • 25 - 1 days prior to arrival, or no show, no refund will be given.

If you decide to leave your accommodation earlier, no refund will be given for the remaining days and the dates may be made available on the website calendar.

What do I do when an owner cancels my reservation?

Unfortunately, there are special situations when an owner may need to cancel a confirmed reservation. If you find yourself in this situation, there are some steps you can take:

  • First, you’ll need to try to communicate with the owner or property manager to determine the reason for the cancellation. It’s possible there may be a misunderstanding that can be resolved with them directly.
  • If you are unable to reach the owner or property manager after 24 hours, please contact our Customer Support center.
  • If your reservation has been canceled less than 30 days from your accommodation, and you are unable to locate a similar property available during the same period, we can assist you in rebooking at a different property.
  • If you are entitled to a refund, it may take 5-7 days to appear in your bank account.

Other Trip Issues

The reservation department will email you a reminder before your balance payment is due. Although further email reminders will be sent, it is ultimately your responsibility to pay your balance on time and if you fail to pay your balance a penalty charge of 50 Euros will be added to your balance payment.

Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday if your balance is overdue and no refund will be paid.

  • Choose Traveler Login​ or Owner Login​ from the drop-down menu
  • Enter your account email address and password.
  • Click Sign In.

If you do not know your account email address or have any other problems logging in, open the Contact Us​ page to reach Customer Support. Our Customer Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

After your successful login, you can easily update your contact information.

How To List Your Property & Earn Money With Us

  1. Click List Your Property​ in the top right corner of the website.
  2. Enter in your property basics.
  3. Click next.
  4. Enter the address for your rental property.
  5. Create your account.
  6. View your rental potential.
  7. Click continue.
  8. Proceed through the checklist, providing your relevant information.
  9. Review the differences between subscription types.
  10. Edit your payment information and billing address if necessary.
  11. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
  12. Click Place Order.

Please note, by default all subscriptions paid for by credit card or PayPal will automatically renew just prior to expiration.
