EXPLORE MALLORCA

Mallorca combines modern variety with natural beauty in an attractive way. The timeless peacefulness of Palma cathedral and the refined capital lifestyle are only a short distance away from popular beachfront resorts. You'll find magnificent, quiet beach bays, traditional tapas, mountain villages, and charming olive trees if you delve a little deeper. Mallorca is a beach destination for some and a hillside hideaway for others, but it is a sun-drenched refuge for all.

Mallorca, being a well-known villa holiday location, offers a diverse range of activities, excursions, and local facilities. There's something for everyone, from aqua parks and nature walks to sea life centers, safari parks, and adventure playgrounds. Cycling, trekking, swimming, sailing, and waterskiing are all popular activities on the island.

The island's spectacular lit tunnels covered with stalactites will delight both adults and youngsters. Whether you wish to explore the coastline, time-honored cities, or the awe-inspiring Tramuntana Mountain range, our Mallorca villas are just a short distance away.

Mallorca, like the rest of the Balearic Islands, has fantastic shopping opportunities. There's everything you need – and more – in this area, which is full with prominent businesses and local markets. Palma's bustling commercial districts are home to a diverse selection of stores selling shoes, leather products, clothing, pottery, and ceramics. Embroidery, basket weaving, hand-painted dishes, and high-quality replicated pearls are all popular handicrafts in this area. Weekly markets are the greatest places to uncover these gems, but modern shopping malls, such as Festival Park near Sa Cabaneta, provide the most up-to-date styles.

MALLORCA BEACHES

Mallorca has a diverse range of beaches and coves, from large stretches of fine white sand to pebbly shorelines and mild blue seas. Over 60 outstanding Blue Flags proudly hang above gorgeous beaches and calm waters.

The main tourist destinations of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are both vast and sandy, with excellent beach facilities for families, such as sun loungers, promenades, restaurants, and children's entertainment. A slew of lovely, sandy bays dot the southern seashore, all quiet, peaceful, and protected by steep cliffs. Mallorca's sunny temperature and magnificent Mediterranean surroundings are just stunning, making it the closest island to heaven on earth for swimmers, sunbathers, and water sports aficionados.

Mallorca is a proud island, with the capital, Palma, housing much of the island's famous history and culture. The cathedral and the royal palace, which was formerly the residence of the island's early kings, are also must-sees. Grand homes and the majestic Gothic cathedral of La Seu can be explored from its small medieval alleyways.

Colonial buildings and cobblestone streets abound in traditional communities. A huge monastery, old cathedrals, and numerous museums can be found in the Deià valley, which has been inhabited by humans since prehistoric times.

On Sunday mornings, go market shopping in Pollensa, and on Wednesdays, go to The Sineu, where you'll find everything from fresh vegetables to dolls for sale as you meander through the steep, tiny streets and alleyways.

Enjoy amazing views, the aroma of wild plants, and a get-away-from-it-all experience on a guided walking or cycling excursion in the Sierra de Tramuntana Mountains. Guides can provide you advice on what safeguards to take.

Take a boat ride to Formentor or around the southern beaches, pausing for a private dip or a leisurely meal.

Visit Valldemossa and the mountaintop monastery where Chopin and George Sand reportedly sought an exquisite love refuge.

Take a walk down Pine Walk in Puerto Pollensa after supper to watch the sun set over the bay.

Take in the blazing Fiesta atmosphere and engage in the live music, bright costumes, and nonstop dancing.

In Palma, enjoy a cup of coffee at the art nouveau Fundacio La Caixa art gallery, tour the majestic Gothic church, or stroll through the ancient Arab Quarter.
